inFeedo is looking for a Sr. Recruiter/ Recruitment Manager who can help scale our team from 60+ to 100+ individuals. Hiring is one of the most essential things that need to be done right in an early-stage startup, we are looking for an individual with a leadership mindset who is highly motivated to help the business grow and can proactively solve for hiring needs.

What will you be doing? 

  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute a recruitment strategy tailored to meet inFeedo’s branding and culture goals.
  • Employer Branding: Work on employer branding plan, social media campaigns, find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our external sources/sources as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with the recruiting managers, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results. Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas.
  • Onboarding: Work with the hiring managers to execute our 30-60-90 day plan. Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed.
  • Hiring Operations: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally. Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates. Be responsible for owning pre-engagement activities before joining.

Is this you?

  • Have 4 - 6 years of relevant experience preferably in a b2b SaaS product company
  • Have successfully hired for leadership roles especially for engineering/product teams
  • Have the ability to consult, influence, and manage a range of stakeholders
  • Have experience in negotiations and developing compensation packages
  • Have a good social presence with a big network
